Fruit from Hayes Ranch in Waterford.  Stainless steel.  This is a dry frizzante rose.  Frizzante is an Italian production technique where added CO2 creates a very subtle carbonation.  This gives the wine “lift” and assists in making the wine deliciously crisp and refreshing.  Try this with take-out Chinese food.
