Fruit from the Duarte “Georgetown Vineyard”, El Dorado County.  14 day cold soak, low temperature fermentation.  18 months in French oak barrels, 50% new.  Aromas of vanilla, raspberry and strawberry.  Bright red fruit flavors of cranberry and raspberry.  Our first Sierra Foothill’s Pinot Noir.  Pairs well with your favorite lamb entree.
