Fruit from two vineyards, Our Estate Tyee Vineyard, here in Calaveras County, and Gold Bud Farms in El Dorado County.  Aged 30 months in French Oak, 30% new.  Aromas of black cherry, boysenberry and ripe plum.  Rich flavors of cherry, blueberry and vanilla.  Bold and creamy with firm tannins.  Pair with butterflied leg of lamb.
